What payment method do you accept?

Currently we accept only Cash on Delivery (COD)

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary based on your location and the product. Typically, domestic orders take 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 10-20 business days. We will provide tracking information once your order has shipped so you can follow its progress.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be canceled or changed if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order. Once it has been shipped, we can no longer make modifications.

What do I do if my product is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 12 hour of receiving your order. We will assist you with a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation. Make sure to provide photos of the damage or defect to help us process your request faster.
